EN 50160 güç kalitesi standardı, alçak, orta ve yüksek gerilim sistemlerinde son kullanıcının elektrik servis sağlayıcı ile arasında güç kalitesinin özelliklerini tanımlar. Enerji kalitesi ile ilgili parametrelerin kapsamlı bir şekilde alınması ve belgelenmesi, olası zayıf noktaları tanımlamak ve bunları ortadan kaldırmak için uygun önlemleri başlatmak için gerekli bir adımdır.
